At first I thought no. But then I saw this picture at The Bride's Cafe and now I want one JUST LIKE THIS.

A confession (of sorts) about The Dress
WHEN I was a young 'un, I wanted to be Anne of Green Gables. Red hair, freckles, unique outlook on life, head in a book..
I wasn't so keen on the orphan part you understand, but I loved her early feminist spirit, such as it was, and her determination to be better at everything than her arch-rival and true love Gilbert Blythe.

DIY invitations: what to do next?
Now that we’ve actually finalised the guest list (in brief – too many guests with children to invite them all; solution – explain, and don’t invite any) I’ve been spending a bit of time on the invitations.
Dress shopping: shouldn't I be excited?
I’m supposed to be dress shopping this weekend. My mum and my sister are coming from their respective homes and I’ve got the appointments booked.
The Boyf spotted it first though, the thing I was trying to avoid admitting to myself: I’m not really looking forward to it.
I’m nervous. No, strike that: petrified. And I can’t work out why. I LOVE to shop. I pride myself on being a good shopper, for myself and for other people. Sometimes I go out and try things on just for the hell of it.
So why on earth aren’t I prancing around in glee at the thought of try on lots of lovely wedding dresses?
