Some things I've seen that might give you some ideas:
Gingerbread Trees - these ones are for Christmas but you could make any shape you like.
Style Me Pretty have reposted these today - I've made a load of these to decorate my Christmas tree, along with some tissue paper pompoms and felt hearts (I'll post some pictures tomorrow!)
Fancy making your own liqueurs? It's too late for sloes and damsons, (unless anyone knows where to buy frozen?) but if you start planning now you could try strawberry vodka or raspberry gin . In little bottles like these , maybe?
And finally.... Bread in pots! You could cover the tops with a pretty fabric and tie with string - if you can stop yourself from eating them all in one go of course!
